How much does it cost?
We price by the linear foot of roofline, so your quote depends on the size and complexity of your home — not a one-size-fits-all package. Pricing starts in the low thousands for a smaller bungalow and scales from there for larger two-storey or multi-gable homes. Spring booking locks in our lowest rate of the year and includes free removal of your existing Christmas lights. Do I have to be home for the install?
No. We just need access to power and a clear walk around the perimeter of your home. Most customers leave us a code or a side gate unlocked and come home to a finished install.
What about my old Christmas lights — really, free?
Really, free. Stapled, clipped, tangled, half-stuck to the eave — doesn't matter. We take them down, coil them up, dispose of them responsibly, and leave your fascia clean. It's part of the spring offer.
Will it look like Christmas lights all year?
Only if you want it to. By default the system is invisible during the day — the track tucks under the soffit line. At night, you choose: warm white year-round (most popular), seasonal scenes, or off entirely.
What's the warranty?
Lifetime on the LEDs themselves. 10 years on the controllers and components. 3 years on our workmanship. If anything fails, we come fix it.
How fast do spring spots fill up?
Faster than we'd like. We cap spring installs at 40 homes to keep quality high. Once those are gone, we move to summer pricing — about 12% higher — and the free old-light removal goes away.
